Reiki is one of the few healing modalities that is used for self-healing and for the  healing of others. In Reiki, students receive "attunements"  which empower them to do Reiki.   The attunement is a spiritual process where healing energy is activated and enhanced.  The attunements can have a subtle to profound affect on one's life.  Many students experience a heightened journey of personal growth and healing after a class.  Reiki is restorative, empowering, deeply relaxing and easy.   It is a wonderful gift  you can give to yourself and to others.  I have witnessed many transformations with Reiki and have compiled these Reiki Stories here for you to read.  Enjoy! 

My personal journey with Reiki began July 16th, 1997 when I took my first course in Reiki.  I had previously taken courses in Therapeutic Touch and in Polarity Energy Therapy when I was in massage school.  I resonated most strongly with Reiki so I continued my training with Reiki over the next six months (taking Reiki II- August 16th; Reiki Masters - October 18 and the Reiki Master Teacher Training- January 21, 1998; Karuna Reiki Masters - March 6 - 1998).  I subsequently was attuned to Karuna Reiki and to the system of ARCH healing by Laurie Grant.  My studies now have drawn me to continue my exploration with Energy Medicine as taught by Donna Eden and to continue my education in the mind/body connection with Primordial Sound Meditation (as introduced by Deepak Chorpa). 

In this time, I've given countless Reiki treatments and have taught over 400 people the wonderfully healing art of Reiki.

First Degree Reiki increases healing energy in your life, enhances personal growth and qualifies you as a Reiki Practitioner. The following is part of Reiki I. 

• the history of Reiki and where Reiki is today
• you'll learn about current research on energy work and the theory of how it works
• you'll learn to do a Reiki self-treatment
• you'll be taught to do a Reiki treatment on others and have hands-on experience in class
• you'll experience a guided meditation* and be attuned to Reiki I
• you'll learn the symbol for physical healing and protection
• you'll be guided on how to apply Reiki in your everyday life
• information about the chakras will be taught
• a 21 day chakra cleanse will be activated
• and you'll receive my Reiki I manual to take home with you.

   Course fee:  $175.

Second Degree Reiki takes you further into self-discovery and gives you more powerful tools for healing. The following is part of Reiki II:

• you'll experience a guided meditation and be attuned to Reiki II
• a further opening of  the energy centers  in your palms
• learning about how to tap into intuition which is naturally increased by the Reiki II attunement
• an increased receptivity to life force energy or "Ki"
• you'll  learn healing symbols for emotional, mental & long-distance healing
• you'll learn and practice long-distance healing in class (please get permission to send Reiki to a friend/family member)
• review of Reiki self-treatment with affirmations
• activates another 21 day chakra cleanse
• and you'll receive my Reiki II manual to take home with you.

    Course fee:  $165.

Reiki Master Training attunes you to the Master Symbol and activates the highest level of Reiki. The following is part of Reiki Masters:

• you'll experience a guided meditation and be attuned to the Master level of Reiki
• completely opens you to full level of Reiki energy
• consciously aligns you to your higher-self allowing for more guidance
• you'll  learn the Master symbol, the Reiki symbol for spiritual healing.
• you'll  learn an advanced technique for clearing energy
• you'll get a chance to receive and practice an energy clearing
• starts the 21 day chakra cleansing cycle
• and you'll receive my Reiki Master's  manual to take home with you.

   Course fee:  $225.

Reiki Teacher Training attunes you to pass all levels of the Reiki attunements and teach all classes. My goal is to help you discover your unique style of teaching Reiki so that your gifts and your authenticity shine through. You'll also learn how to market yourself as a Reiki Teacher.  You'll receive a Reiki Teachers Manual to take home with you and you are also invited to re-attend all my Reiki classes at no cost if you Reiki I, II and Masters with me previously otherwise the regular course fees apply. Course fee:   $295.

Re-Taking a Level of Reiki with Me:  If you have taken a level with me in the past and wish to re-take it the cost is $75.   If you took a course with another teacher then the regular rates apply.

I offer all levels of Reiki in one weekend, however if possible I recommend taking the Reiki classes over time.  Some out-of-state students find taking the full intensive ideal because they are flying in from out-of-state.  Others feel called to take the entire weekend.  If you have any doubts or if you have the time, I recommend spreading out the classes.
