Reiki Treatments and Sessions Reiki is a deeply relaxing and centering hands-on energy technique. For a Reiki session you get to completely relax on a comfortable massage table. You also get to remain fully clothed - so dress comfortably. There is nothing you need to do in a Reiki session, but just allow yourself be. Many people that experience Reiki think it is even more relaxing than massage, if you can imagine that! People experience many benefits from Reiki including: feeling re-centered, experiencing a heightened sense of awareness, enhanced well-being, emotional resolution, stress reduction, reduction in pain and tension, inner peace and a deep sense of quietude. Some people even see colors during Reiki and receive insights. Reiki is just amazing! Treat yourself or someone you love to the experience of Reiki, to the experience of peace and calm and inner healing. If you enjoy aromatherapy I do include that with all my Reiki sessions for no charge. And to top off your session I start by guiding you into deep relaxation utilizing a special 5-10 minute guided imagery process. For those new to Reiki for the first treatment I will usually do the classic Reiki hands-on healing treatment which is amazingly relaxing, but if you have a desire or special interst in doing chakra balancing work or emotional/energetic release work, please let me know.
Emotional Freedom Technique For EFT I teach you how to tap on energy points on your body while also having you make a statement about what you want to release and how you would like to feel instead. EFT seems to reset the nervous system! It's amazingly effective and works with principles from Chinese Medicine and the corresponding energy points. This technique can work for so many things including stress, worry, anxiety, fear. You can learn more at www.emofree.com. EFT can be incorporated into your Reiki session or you can schedule a stand-alone EFT session. Gary Craig, the founder of EFT and a wonderful being, says that "EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips."
