Corporate Stress Management Solutions
Yoga & Meditation in the Workplace
The costs of stress are high:
money, time, performance and employee satisfaction. The benefits of having employees who
meditate and who practice yoga are great:
increased creativity and productivity, increased job satisfaction, lower health
care costs, and greater performance.
Why not give your employees and your
company the edge. Meditation and Yoga are recognized by major companies as
programs which can help combat workplace stress and improve effectiveness and
overall performance of employees. Yoga and meditation help create
well-being and thus can cut health insurance costs.
