HeArt & Soul Painting and Creativity Workshop

In this workshop, Nancy Strear, a professional art educator, will be guiding you through meditations and teaching you to use process art techniques while painting.  This will allow you to follow your own stream of imagery.  This art technique is not about making art that will necessarily look good in your living room, but rather about engaging in your creative process.

Art can have a profoundly integrating effect on the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Inspiration cards and personal painted art are just two ways your soul may speak to you.  You need no previous experience to enjoy this holistic, imaginative method of creating art.  Draw forth your unique gift of creativity in this fun workshop.

All art materials (paint, markers, brushes, paper) will be supplied.  Dress comfortably and casually.  Bring a sack lunch and beverage.

Course Fee:  $125.

Date:  TBD

Time: 10-4:00PM

Location:  Metaphysical Research Society - 1001 East 7th Avenue, Denver, CO  80218
